A trip Twillingate, NL for the weekend to visit family and of course I had to get out beachcombing for a couple of hours each morning at daylight. A few beaches are a lot cleaner there now. Big thanks to Rick Mercer ( tv personality/ Canadian comedian) for his support on this one as I picked up every piece of trash I found washed ashore as well as some beautiful frosted seaglass:) Stay safe everyone.

Summer vacation time back home in Twillingate. Love to beachcomb back there and clean up some beach garbage as well. Thank you Dianne and Dallas at D&T Seafood & Restaurant for the container full of pull tabs for Tyler. If anyone visits Twillingate be sure to stop in there for a feed as they do have the best wedge fries, dressing and gravy combination around. Stay safe:)

A trip back to our hometown of Twillingate, NL over the weekend and of course some beach combing cleanups when time allowed.
Here is my step-son, Tyler (13) with our cleanup results from a few beaches while there. He will tagging along volunteering his time with me this summer on some of my cleanups. So glad he offered to help out with looking after the environment with me:) Stay safe everyone.
Beachcombing cleanup in my hometown of Twillingate, NL over the past weekend. “Iceberg capital of the World” and right now you can see several from Long Point Lighthouse on the North Island.
It is only fitting that I give a big shout out to Iceberg Vodka with their their newly launched Open Coast Gin for their support in my efforts to help make the environment healthier for all to enjoy. Made local, right here in NL. Stay safe everyone:)
4 of the last Cleanup efforts combined. A trip to Twillingate beach combing with my wife and 3 morning walks of different areas of the NL railway bed. Lots of recycling and some treasures for my collection! Enjoy
