Headed over to the beaches in St. Phillips for a couple hours today to see if there was any trash washed in since I last visited. I did manage to fill a couple reusable bags with all sorts of items. Even found a Bluetooth UE speaker which I’m pretty sure was left by someone recently. I would love to be able to give it back to its owners as these are not cheap. This cleanup was possible again today because Lisa ten Broek of C.B.S, NL cares just as much as I do about our environment. Please share. Stay safe everyone.

I spent most of Thursday on a beachcombing cleanup in Portugal Cove -St. Philips, NL. The high tides and wind storms always wash things ashore. From plastics and rope to wood and frosted seaglass. One cleanup at a time:) Stay safe and enjoy the great outdoors.

It’s crazy the amount of trash that washes ashore over the winter. I have done this same beach in St. Phillip’s, NL several times over the years. All the trash is removed again so it don’t end up back in the ocean. Stay safe:)
