Pond cleanup
Shoe Cove pond in Pouch Cove is safer and healthier after today. I just spent over 3 hours pulling this pile off bottom. Big thanks to Lisa ten Broek for covering my expenses on this cleanup. Your kindness is greatly appreciated. I did remove several pieces of broken glass close to shore at the park area so please be careful and wearing water shoes will help. Stay safe in and on the water everyone .

Pond cleanup#16 that season
Our Pouch Cove friends can enjoy a much cleaner and healthier Shoe Cove Pond after today. We spent a couple of hrs after lunch today cleaning up the bottom. Pond Cleanup # 16 for 2018 .
