Update:
The iPhone and cards have been delivered to its owner this morning along with a gift. It’s been lost for at least 2 months in the snowbank In Paradise, NL. She was very thankful and happy to have it back:)
Over the last few days I have been carrying out some cleanups here in Paradise, NL and one of the most interesting items I found was this iphone, with case, debit card and Drivers License that belongs to a lady in Portugal Cove - St. Philips, NL.
I cleaned everything up well, then placed the phone in a bag of rice for a day to dry it out and it charges fine and turns on. Tmr I will be stopping by her place with her personal items and also giving her a sea-glass filled bottle along with an APC decal.
I hope it puts a smile on her face and maybe I can get an idea on how long she has had it lost in the snow this winter.
Stay safe everyone.
Share if you like and maybe someone reaches out to her and she contacts me here before I stop by tmr
Over 6 hours of trekking on foot today with my backpack and a few reusable bags making the environment a healthier and safer place in Paradise and St. Philips., NL . Trails, beaches and side roads. Found a few interesting items. Even some frosted sea glass. I would like to give a big shout out to Andrew Wells for your support on this one buddy. A much better place for all to enjoy because you care. Thanks so much. Stay safe:)
