Another cleanup done today as I went full circle around this pond. It’s crazy that all this trash was on the bottom

It’s crazy the things that end up in the ponds. Here we have a commercial candy vending machine that I pulled from Healy Pond ( Sunshine Park ) near Thorburn road on Tuesday. The back is missing. No coins or candy, lol. All three of the handles still turn where the coin went in. Most likely went missing from a business near by years ago.
Sunshine Park ( Healey Pond) St. John’s, NL for a few hours today on another pond cleanup. Lots of trash. It’s a lot cleaner around the bottom where everyone swims after today.

Found two pairs of prescription eye glasses recently. Top pair of Headlines was found today while swimming with my kids in Healey Pond at Sunshine park in about 12 ft of water near the dock. Second pair of Ray-bans was found at Duck pond in Bauline two weeks agoin about 8 ft of water. I dove down and retrieved both pairs so please share so hopefully we can get both these pairs back to their owners. Thanks
Pond Clean up # 4 . Healey Pond . St Phillips NL was our target area after work . Found a lot of recyclables and some interesting items here on the bottom . Finding lots of broken bottles so be careful out there . Seen several beautiful American eels in this pond .

Healey’s Pond ( Sunshine Park ) . Pond cleanup #12 . Two guys , two yaks , one mission . It rained hard but we still got this beautiful swimming hole a lot cleaner after a few hours of freediving to the bottom. Please feel free to share the post as there is a set of keys to a Honda vehicle ( remote start -keyless entry , mail key and house key )that we would love to return to the owner . Found in about 6 ft of water east sunshine park beach . Thx .
