It was a drizzly morning here on the Avalon but I do love beach combing and caring for the environment. From just before 6 am I was on the beaches till noon today in Flatrock and Portugal Cove, NL. Lots of recycling, styrofoam, scrap metals, an old life jacket, seaglass, coins, net floats, a TV, drift wood, etc . This cleanup was possible because Colleen Dobbin cared enough to make it happen.
